Burns Energy is an engineering company licensed to perform engineering services in the province of Ontario Canada. We offer engineering services focused on the use, operation, design, material handling, and performance of high temperature industrial furnace equipment. We offer process and flow evaluation along with pre-feasibility and feasibility evaluations of projects that require a high temperature process route. We work with a wide network of respected experts in the field of galvanizing, non-ferrous metal melting, refractory design, zinc and zinc oxide production, and steel forging. In the event that our engineering services are required for equipment that ultimately would be supplied by Burns Energy systems we implement a contractual firewall between the engineering service division and the furnace construction division.
We are also willing to provide furnace designs for one-off self build applications, including all of the specifications, drawings, diagrams, flow charts, spreadsheets, thermal designs, and where appropriate CFD simulations, to enable the end user to build a piece of equipment using local contractors and trades. We also offer the possibility of supplying packaged technologies such as burner systems and pumping systems to be incorporated into the final furnace design.
